5 Round Entrance Examination 

1. Recruitment Criteria

Applicants to the program must satisfy the following three requirements:

-       Be 21 to 28 years of age (at the time of recruitment)

-       Demonstrate strong aspirations and leadership potential

-       Be fluent in Vietnamese and English *

* Proficiency in English may not be a requirement. However, several courses during the IPL program are taught completely in English. Therefore, being fluent in English is preferred in the recruitment process.

2. Recruitment Process

§  Round 1:  Application Screening

Please see the application form on the IPL website (www.IPL.edu.vn).

§  Round 2:  A 120-minute examination

§  Round 3:  Each candidate writes three essays (in Vietnamese) on topics assigned by the Board of Admission/Selection.

§  Round 4:  Demonstration of ability/competency
- At least one letter of reference from a person who is trusted by the candidate as a respectful member of society.
- Interaction with other candidates and the Board of Selection.

§  Round 5: In-person interviews with the Board of Selection.

Note: All information given by candidates will be strictly kept confidential during the first three rounds of the recruitment process.
