9 Month training program

Selected candidates are going to participate in a 9-month training program which consists of 6 modules:

Module 1: Opening ceremony

Opening ceremony which is important to start a special mission of IPLers will gather not only IPL generations but also the current entrepreneurs, intellectuals . They all will review IPL’s milestones and achievements; then keep spreading deeply and widely IPL spirits and values among Vietnamese business.

Module 2: Lecturing

This module consists of 4 parts (18 subjects) and is implemented as below:

  • Step 1: Do a pre-work before the class
  • Step 2: Lecturing
  • Step 3: Presentation & Group Discussion
  • Step 4: Project/Assignment
  • Step 5: Test/Exams (if any)

There are 18 subjects, divided into 4 main parts. All training programs are provided by PACE.

Part I:  IPL’s Core Ideology

Part II:  IPL’s Core Management Model

Part III:  Functional Management for Leaders

  •  
    • Finance for Leader
    • Accounting for Leader
    • Marketing for Leader
    • HRs for Leader

Part IV:  Business Environment and Supplemental Subjects

  •  
    • Economics (Vietnam & the world; microeconomics & macroeconomics)
    • Current Philosophy
    • International Trading
    • Laws and Regulations in Business
    • How to Use the Consultancy Services(*)
    • Introduction to the Soft Skills(*)

Note:

-        The structure and copyright of the training will be provided by PACE.

-        (*): supplementary subject

-         Some subjects will be conducted in English and the training content are continuously adjusted to fit with the reality’s needs

Module 3: IPL TOPTALK

IPL toptalk is a valuable chance for young people to meet and interact with top business leaders, scholars, experts from different backgrounds. Moreover, Toptalk is also a place where each individual  can earn priceless sharing, lessons , aspiration, “spiritual fire” from the processors to accumulate experience and head for their own way.

Module 4: Outdoor activities

During 9-month training program, IPLers would have a chance to take part in outdoor activities such as camping, team building, company visits, field trips, book clubs, IPL Forum, and others

Module 5: Graduation Thesis

This “big assignment” aims to put the knowledge into the practice which students have absorbed during 9 months of training

Through this assignment, the students need to show off their problem solving skill, ability of putting philosophy into reality and their improvement of knowledge, skills, attitude after 9 hard-working months.

Module 6: Training’s closing

This ceremony is organized after the students successfully complete graduation criteria. This is a chance for students to give their gratitude to the founding board, lectures, speakers who has devoted their time and efforts for the program.

Note: Most of the class, discussion, exams, toptalk will be conducted in the evening  and weekend. The rest will be at weekdays
