5 years of self- experiencing

Philosophy of the importance of self-experiencing:

-        To learn and not to do is really not to learn

-        To know and not to do is really not to know

 After completing the 9-month training program, students will move to a new stage called “ 5 years of self- experiencing” .During these 5 years, students will work in an enterprise to put their knowledge into practice and accumulate experience. In another way, enterprise will be “laboratory of management and leadership” for those “ seeds” to grow and experience.

Students are also required to visit the institute on a quarterly basis to discuss and get advice/information from lecturers/mentors on their relevant matters.

According to the philosophy and strategy of the training program, the ideal duration for this self- experiencing period is five years. Students are considered official graduating from IPL only after successfully obtaining these 5 years of work experience
