Recruitment Procedures   

Round 1:  Application Screening

The application process includes: Formal submission of the IPL application form (provided by the Board of Selection)  (Please click here to download the IPL Application Form)

Round 2: Essay Writing

Three essays (in Vietnamese) on topics to be assigned by the Board of Selection

Note: All information given by candidates will be kept strictly confidential during Round 1 and Round 2 of the recruitment procedures

Round 3:  Leadership evaluation/ test ( three hours)

Round 4:  Demonstration of ability/ competency

       -  Behavioral test

       -  At least one letter of reference from a person who is trusted by the candidate as a respectful member of society

Round 5:  In-person interview with the Board of Selection

Scholarships

Candidates who successfully pass the 5-round selection process will participate in the IPL training program, an intense and comprehensive nine-month training regimen. The total cost of this training program is 85 million VND.

Two categories of scholarship are offerered

-  A Full-Program Scholarship is offered to the top 20 candidates. Candidates awarded this scholarship are fully sponsored by the IPL Project and are not under any obligation after the completion of the program.

- A Full-Enterprise Scholarship is offered to the next 130 qualified candidates. Candidates receiving this scholarship are sponsored by an enterprise to participate in the IPL training program. (Candidates may have to obtain the support of an enterprise and be under some obligation to them. If any, such terms are considered a personal agreement between candidates and the sponsoring enterprise.)

Note: The training program selects a maximum of 150 candidates to participate in each 9-month training cycle and a minimum of 50 candidates are required for the program to be started.
