Why is self-experiencing necessary and important?

- To learn and not do is really not to learn

- To know and not do is really not to know

After completing the 9-month training program, students are required to take a job relating to leadership and/or management in an enterprise. This is an opportunity for students to put their knowledge into practice and accumulate valuable experience.

During the self-experiencing period, the students are also required to visit the institute on a quarterly basis to discuss and get advice/information from lecturers/mentors on their relevant matters (e.g., management, leadership,).

According to the philosophy and strategy of the training program, the ideal duration for this self-experiencing period is five years. Students are considered officially graduated from IPL only after successfully completing this 5-year self-experiencing period.
