Philosophy of the training  program:

- Students must be aware of their learning motive (why to learn), then defining what to learn and also how to learn. This is IPL’s “2W1H Principle".

- Learning how to THINK before one learns how to DO. In other words, to prosper and have a competitively successful business, students must have a thorough understanding of their jobs before learning the skills needed to perform them.

- The training program’s slogan is “From Potential to Talented Leaders.” In this slogan, the “talented leader” is considered a “fruit-producing tree.” To become a fruit-bearing tree, the importance of selecting the right “seeds” is strongly emphasized.  These “seeds,” as we call them, are the young people who IPL carefully selects through our comprehensive selection process; these selected candidates are the ones clearly demonstrating their leadership potential. IPL’s rigorous training program is provided as a tool for these “seeds” to cultivate themselves, then grow and prosper.

- In other words, when producing a  “talented business leader” is considered the uppermost outcome of the program,  “leadership protential” must be the “main ingredient.” No matter how much effort IPL invests, if the main ingredient is missing, it is unlikely for the above-mentioned transformation to occur. On the other hand, with the “main ingredient,”the program will provide “subsidiaries” and “processing formula” for the selected students to develop themselves to be talented leaders.
