Vision, Mission and Goals     

Institute of Potential Leaders is a not-for-profit educational institution founded by the hearts and minds of many entrepreneurs, intellectuals, and the PACE Institute of Directors. The purpose of this project is to recognize and develop “leadership seeds” for Vietnam’s business community.

Vision

The ambition of this project is to “Contribute to firmly establish a substantial position for Vietnam on the global educational map in terms of potential leadership development,” a 50-year-long vision.

Mission

To develop a new generation of business leaders who are capable of strongly leading their own businesses in a globally competitive environment and who have the aspiration to establish a new position for Vietnamese enterpreneurs and enterprises in the international business community.

Goals

The project sets the goals of gathering the best young people with leadership potential, then sponsoring their participation in standard international business training programs (i.e., at no charge to selected participants).

The goal of this project is to develop “Born Leaders” (young people with leadership potential) to become the “Talented Leaders” of the future.
