OVERVIEW
IPL is a not-for-profit educational institution founded by the hearts and minds of dedicated entrepreneurs, intellectuals, and the PACE Institute of Directors. The IPL Project was established with the purpose of recognizing and developing the seeds of leadership in the youth for Vietnam’s business community.
Vision
Within 50 years, IPL’s ambition is to contribute to firmly establishing a substantial position for Vietnam on the global educational map for potential leadership development.
Mission
To develop a new generation of business leaders who are strongly capable of leading their own businesses in a globally competitive environment and who aspire to establish a new position for Vietnamese entrepreneurs and enterprises in the international business community.
Goals
To develop Vietnam’s future business leaders by providing a rigorous, international business training program to a selected group of youth with the most leadership potential. Ultimately, IPL will not only develop these youth into talented leaders, but also purposeful leaders of the future.
IPL is dedicated to igniting a new spirit in entrepreneurs to compete with peers in the world by integrating a set of fundamental values into the business culture of leaders in Vietnam. These values include exhibiting integrity, passion, dedication, innovation, respect, and accountability. However, IPL cannot accomplish our goals alone. We are eager to collaborate with other public and private sector organizations and passionate individuals to shape the new generation of business leaders by expanding their competitive spirit and incorporating these core values of IPL into the work that they do.
Core Ideologies
All activities at IPL reflect the following core ideologies:
- "Hub for the talented": IPL aims to provide a meeting hub for young motivated people to realize their aspirations, embrace and spread the values of the IPL community integrity, passion, dedication, innovation, respect, and accountability. These values set the tone for the aspiration of the Vietnamese business community and help them build a stronger and more sustainable economy.
- "Competitive Spirit": IPL aims to nurture a strong spirit within its youth that allows them to not only expand their market within Vietnam, but also to competently compete with enterprises in other nations to achieve a higher economic standing on a global scale. IPL aims to ignite and promote this spirit throughout all of its activities.
- "Authentic Learning": IPL believes that promoting and strengthening the value of genuine learning in Vietnam’s business community is instrumental in attaining a competitive advantage in the global market. Therefore, IPL makes its best efforts to establish a rigorous and serious learning environment where each instructor or professor and each IPL candidate are demanded to strive for their best in teaching and studying. IPL candidates do not participate to merely attain certificates or degrees. Instead, they understand the value of authentic learning and, thus, study to unleash the potential within themselves.
