The IPL Scholarship “5-1-5” journey is built on the Liberal Education model of the IRED Education Institute. The Liberal Education Model was developed from the work "Right Job - A View of the Enlightenment Story". The training program of IPL Scholarship is built based on this model to help students "Self-liberated" to become "Free People", "Responsible Citizens", "Excellent Professionals".

The content of training in the period of "one year at school" is generalized in the above model. Accordingly, the subjects in the IPL Scholarship are divided into 4 components, of which 3 components Be a person, be a citizen, and do a job corresponding to the 3 core competencies that IPL Scholarship will empower students, including including cultural competence, civic competence and professional competence.
