
After completing the first phase of training, IPL students will enter the next phase of experiential learning in five semesters with approximately of 3 years. During the five semesters of experiential learning, IPL students will display their mastery over their own experiences in converting “cognition” into “action”, from “acquiring knowledge” to “creating values”.
During the experiential stage, IPL students will learn and experience from their own workplace. The IPL Scholarship will act as a catalyst for them to maximize the values gained from their experiences.
For instance, IPL Scholarship will create opportunities for IPL students to co-organize and participate in internal activities (i.e. IPL students only), internal knowledge updates such as talks, sharings, or training sessions (workshop), etc. In addition, IPL students can also take role in the organizing and leading of cultural-educational community activities, including: Course (focus on 3 themes including "Being a free person - a responsible citizen - an excellent professional"); dialogue (Toptalk, IPL Talk); or motivational activities to improve reading (“Goodbooks” seminar series, “Goodbooks” Award, “Onebook” project,… led by IRED Institute).
IPL students will be officially recognized as graduates from the IPL Scholarship only when they have
